The most influential leader of social creation in China’s disabled people service field 

We evaluate the social innovation in China's disability-related area based on five dimensions: scale, level of professionalism in disability issues, business model, rights protection and efficacy as well as profitability. Using viable finance models, we realize the goal of increasing social influence and advocating the government to change behaviors through the financial empowerment of disabled individuals. OPO has subverted the society’s traditional view on employment and social stereotypes against people with disabilities. We innovate and practice new career models, implement training courses, plans and working models to meet the needs of disabled people. By introducing the concept of social workers’ support and utilizing social entrepreneurship, OPO hopes to realize equal opportunity employment for people with disabilities.
