Industrial media, independent media and we-media in China’s disability area 

From the perspective of disabilities, the contents of production focus on disability-related issues, discuss the relationship between disabled people and society, and support mutual experience-sharing among people with disabilities. OPO pays special attention to the development of our society from a disability perspective, broadcasting mainly via radio and online platforms, supplemented by print media and video production. The tasks of interviewing, editing and broadcasting are jointly undertaken by members of the production team, which is made up entirely of people with disabilities. Currently two weekly radio programs - China Disability Observed and V.I. Hotline - air on China People's Radio’s 'Voice of China’, and a quarterly magazine, One Plus One, is distributed through print subscription.
